Add New Vehicle

Add a vehicle to track petrol and diesel costs across your fleet. Enter the vehicle name, type (car, bike, auto), fuel type (petrol/diesel/CNG), mileage in kmpl, and tank size in litres. Once added, you can plan trips, record fuel receipts, and compare costs across vehicles in the Multi-Vehicle Fuel Management dashboard.

Fleet managers can add multiple vehicles for transport companies, delivery fleets, or corporate cars. Individuals can track personal cars and bikes. Each vehicle stores fuel consumption data for the Trip Planner and Fuel Analytics dashboard. Generate GST-compliant receipts for each fuel transaction.
